1. Event Overview

On August 15, 2026, India’s Independence Day, VR Surat and Operation Zero Bribe (OZB) jointly organized “Operation Zero Bribe 2.0 Jagruti Samvad,” an anti-corruption awareness dialogue held at VR Surat, Dumas Road. The event was conducted in collaboration with the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB), Gujarat, and the BRICS Youth Alliance, under the campaign theme “Say No To Bribes — Stand Up For What’s Right.”

The program combined a panel discussion on corruption awareness with a cultural segment themed around patriotism and integrity, timed to coincide with Independence Day observances.

2. Proceedings

  • The panel discussion was moderated by OZB founder Harshit Hemnani.
  • Panelists included Madhish Parikh (Founder, BRICS Youth Alliance), RJ Megha (92.7

Big FM), Advocate Sagar Shukla, and ACB Police Inspector K. J. Ghaduk.

  • Dr. Vishal Chaturvedi, Director of ‘Hanuman Ansh,’ was present as a special guest and

shared his views on corruption prevention.

  • The discussion centered on public attitudes toward corruption and on shifting the

tendency to treat bribery as normal or unavoidable.

  • A cultural program accompanied the discussion, featuring a patriotism- and anti-

corruption-themed drama, dance performances, and poetry recitation.

  • The organizers framed the event’s objective as encouraging citizens to adopt integrity and

honesty as an everyday lifestyle, rather than treating corruption as a normalized part of public life.
