Overview

Global Voices on Integrity – Episode 03 was conducted on 1 March 2026 as the third international dialogue under the Operation Zero Bribe (OZB) initiative. Hosted virtually on Zoom, the programme brought together experts from the United States, Germany, Sri Lanka, Argentina, India, and Ukraine to examine integrity challenges across financial systems, corporate governance, migration, political institutions, and behavioural economics.

As cross-border financial transactions, migration systems, and digital governance continue to expand, integrity challenges have become increasingly global in nature. The discussion explored how corruption persists despite the existence of legal and regulatory frameworks, emphasizing that implementation gaps, institutional culture, and behavioural patterns often undermine accountability.

The programme reinforced the importance of combining legal reforms with institutional transparency, ethical leadership, and citizen participation to create sustainable governance systems.
