Overview

The SIR (Special Intensive Revision) Awareness Drive was launched by the Operation Zero Bribe (OZB) campaign in collaboration with the Surat District Administration to educate citizens about the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) process for the 2025–26 electoral roll. The initiative focused on simplifying voter registration procedures, encouraging public participation, and ensuring that eligible citizens completed the required verification process.

Recognizing that many citizens were unfamiliar with the documentation requirements and the role of Booth Level Officers (BLOs) during house-to-house verification, the campaign transformed complex administrative information into simple, engaging, and easy-to-understand digital content.

Using short awareness videos and trusted community voices, the initiative helped citizens understand the importance of updating their electoral information and actively participating in the democratic process.
